Matiz provides technological infrastructure for content creation, organisation, management and, where available under the contracted services, distribution through channels connected by the client. Clients determine which contacts, audiences and lists they maintain and which communications they request through the available features. Providing this infrastructure does not transfer ownership or control of the client's contact databases to Matiz Plataforma de Publicidade and does not remove either party's obligations under applicable law.
3. Use of Third-Party Platforms
Our services may involve the use of or integration with third-party platforms including, but not limited to:
- LinkedIn (LinkedIn Corporation)
- Meta platforms: Instagram and WhatsApp (Meta Platforms, Inc.)
- TikTok (TikTok Pte. Ltd.)
- Pinterest (Pinterest, Inc.)
- Google services and YouTube (Google LLC)
Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and community standards. Matiz Plataforma de Publicidade is not responsible for the availability, policies, or conduct of third-party platforms. We operate on these platforms in compliance with their developer, advertiser, and community guidelines. Any suspension, restriction, or termination of access to a third-party platform due to your actions or content is not the liability of Matiz Plataforma de Publicidade.
Where our services integrate with third-party APIs, you authorize us to access and process the information made available through the permissions granted by you. Such access is limited to providing, maintaining, improving, and securing the services requested by you and will always remain subject to the applicable platform terms, developer policies, and your account permissions.
4. Connected Accounts and Platform Authorizations

By connecting an account, you authorize Matiz Plataforma de Publicidade to access and use the permissions explicitly granted through the platform's authorization process solely for the purpose of delivering the requested services.

Connecting an account or channel does not establish that any recipient has authorised communications. Where a channel requires prior opt-in or another specific permission, you must obtain and maintain that permission even if another legal basis permits the processing of personal data.
5. Client Responsibilities
When engaging Matiz Plataforma de Publicidade, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for service delivery
- Ensure you hold the necessary rights, licences, and permissions for any content, trademarks, or materials you provide to us
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and the terms of any third-party platforms relevant to the services requested

Contacts, Audiences and Client Databases
You are fully responsible for the contacts, audiences, lists and databases that you or your authorised users upload, enter, organise or otherwise make available through the platform, including their origin, accuracy, quality, relevance and lawful use. You represent that you have the necessary authorisation, legal basis or other lawful grounds to provide and use that personal data for the intended purposes.
- Comply with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable, and any other laws and regulations applicable to your activities and communications.
- Provide the notices required by applicable law and obtain, maintain and, where required, demonstrate the permissions and recipient authorisations necessary for the intended communications.
- Keep appropriate records of those authorisations and ensure that the use of each contact remains compatible with the purposes and conditions under which the data was obtained.

No Certification of Contact Databases
The platform does not verify or certify recipient consent, opt-in, authorisation to receive communications, the quality of imported data or the truthfulness of information supplied by clients. Any technical checks performed by the platform do not constitute such verification or certification.
Uploading, storing or organising a contact, list or audience does not constitute approval, validation or endorsement of that database by Matiz Plataforma de Publicidade, nor does it authorise communications with its members.
These client responsibilities do not exclude or limit any duties or liability that Matiz Plataforma de Publicidade has under applicable law for its own processing activities or conduct.
6. Intellectual Property

Payment terms, rates, and invoicing schedules are defined in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Invoices are due within 14 days of issuance
- Matiz Plataforma de Publicidade reserves the right to pause or discontinue services for overdue accounts
- Refunds are subject to the terms of the applicable service agreement
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to treat as confidential any non-public information disclosed during the course of the engagement. This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
